Subcontractor / Property Maintenance

Hi to everyone! Serious, responsible 42yr old is looking for a GC or property management to work with. I am a self-employed guy who has a lot of experience in the following fields:

- painting (commercial & residential)
- steam, hot, cold, and chilled water pipe insulation (mechanical insulation)
- ductwork insulation
- boiler insulation
- pipefitting/steamfitting
- light plumbing
- light electrical

I have my own LLC, and I am looking for a responsible, general contractor or property management to work with. I do very quality work in every field, and you will not be disappointed.
